The need for homes is a very basic need for humans to meet a decent standard of living in social, cultural, health and safety. However, the market economy and the state bureaucracy on the land  make the needs of the house seemed as the most expensive. For the micro-economic needs of the home is the most difficult to reach.

Generally, very few people can buy a good home according to a common standard, in cash. Most people have to pay by credit  for the house in years perhaps even the whole his life. Unless the person is very large income, state officials, or  celebrity that can buy a house easily.

Conditions were less friendly, it makes people are thinking back about the home fundamental philosophical. The questions also appear. Why do people have to pay so expensive for a house? Is this a reasonable price? Why do people feel like in a foreign land, when to build the house, because the land was not legally owned due to lack of money? Maybe like the questions that inspired tiny house movement. They showed, a house can be built in small sizes less than 300 sq.ft. So it does not take very expensive land. Tiny house was built on the wheels, the vehicle thriller, on the water, in trees, on the ground that are not ideal, on the outskirts of the river or the woods, or in places that are difficult and unusual.

Behind the tiny house movement is actually sort of the tone of protest, an expression of freedom, and a simple lifestyle choices. Message protest may be a country should give land rights to every citizen, at least with the small land size for a tiny house. Independence is the right and option, including in the matter of owning a home. Meanwhile, tiny house movement is also a picture of a simple lifestyle.

The move also raises the creativity of architecture, where the land can be made small house functional for sleeping, relaxing, cooking, bathing, etc.. The house is not only functional, but also can look beautiful with a touch of art and creativity.

In short, the tiny house movement has a philosophy that houses can be built at a low price, do not need to be big but still beautiful and functional. So, this is a home dream of most people, isn’t it? So, I call it sexy house. This trend is likely to be stronger in the future, because this movement is also emphasis on environmental friendliness.
